Nidus is a growing company utilizing both full and part time staff as well as external consultants. The current key staff are highlighted below.

Joel Hartland  President

As the founder of Nidus Weavers Company, Mr. Hartland is responsible for the design, development and installation of web sites, applications and computer infrastructures. His commitment to designing effective and efficient technology solutions has empowered a growing list of organizations while providing the inspiration for Nidus' expansion. Mr. Hartland has over seventeen years of development and administration experience with web sites, computers and networking, internet server technology, and relational database management systems. Mr. Hartland received a Bachelor of Science, Renewable Energy Engineering, and graduated summa cum laude from Jordan College, Comstock Park, MI where he also served as Student Council President.

Mary Benson  Vice President

After eight years of Accountancy management and thirteen years of computer systems and database experience, Ms. Benson combines the manager and technician with the entrepreneur to bring the best in information technology development to Nidus' customers. As a co-founder of Nidus, she is primarily responsible for building the long-term cooperative relationships with Nidus' wide variety of customers. As production manager, she ensures that the customer's objectives are fulfilled. Ms. Benson received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from DePaul University. She has extensive training and experience in project and team management, communications, and program development and training.

Chris Bogzevitz  Programmer

Mr. Bogzevitz is the primary developer of desktop and internet applications at Nidus Weavers Company. On the desktop side, Mr. Bogzevitz has over seven years of experience using and developing applications in Microsoft Access and other environments. His projects range from membership management to fundraising tools for not-for-profit organizations. He also has extensive experience in developing data-driven internet applications using the latest in scripting technology. He is a Certified Macromedia Advanced ColdFusion 5.0 Developer. Mr. Bogzevitz is currently an independent contractor for Nidus Weavers having been on staff for more than four years. His complete resume is available at http://bogztech.com/resume.php. Mr. Bogzevitz received an M.A. in History from the University of Notre Dame, and a B.A. in History (Honors) and Spanish, from Ohio University.

Al Gollub  Network Technician

Mr. Gollub is the key provider of on-site technical support for our customers. He has extensive experience in a variety of network environments supporting a wide range of hardware & software solutions. He is MCSE, CCNA, and Network+ certified. Prior to joining Nidus Weavers, Mr. Gollub had a distinguished career with Global Computer Solutions that included thirteen years of managing all aspects of a service department and supervising technicians, administrators and sales people. In addition, he has a wealth of experience in customer support as well as hands-on hardware repair. He received a broad ranging academic education in Computer Science & Maintenance from Illinois Institute of Technology, Control Data Institute, and the University of Illinois.

Jake More  Graphic Design and Production

An energetic entrepreneur, Jake More has over eight years of successful experience in graphic design and production management. Mr. More specializes in the design and production of web images, print projects, and multimedia presentations. Mr. More is involved in a variety of ventures including the production of in-house product commercials, video editing and sound design, interactive software, as well as the creation of new toys and games. His primary responsibility with Nidus is the creation & presentation of extraordinary graphical web design.

Suzanne Huston  Administrative Support and Web Site Maintenance

Ms. Huston brings an extraordinary breadth of experience to the Nidus Weavers team. Her organizational skill in combination with an innate appreciation for design and presentation allows her to contribute "whatever" is required. Her projects range from payroll to content management. Ms. Huston received a B.A. in Art History from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. She also received the Professional Massage Therapy Diploma from The Chicago School of Massage Therapy.
